Statement:

My work emphasizes the plasticity of words constructed in my poetry. I intend to fabricate
a compound metaphor, an image that rises from these words and allows itself to be affected by
color, object, meaning and emotion. Each element will cross different paths: hypertexts placed
by my own mind or imagined by the spectator. The result is a journey through dream worlds,
fear, denotative scenarios or abstract memories.

My creations seek the resignation and silence of individual characters (human characters and/or
characterized objects) that discover themselves in a constrained space. These characters maintain
this constriction and live in the stillness of words, nonetheless allowing the flow of imagery
to help them express what is beyond themselves: images of long stories that exhibit their intimacy
in a snapshot of time.
